How to Opt Out
Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also text HELP for assistance.
Phone Calls
To be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, you may:
- Tell the agent or representative during any phone call that you wish to be placed on the Do Not Call list
- Submit a request through the contact form on this website with the subject "Do Not Call Request"
Our Commitment
Once we receive your Do Not Call request, we will:
- Process your request within 30 days
- Add your phone number to our internal Do Not Call list
- Cease all telemarketing calls and automated text messages to your number
- Maintain your number on our Do Not Call list for a minimum of 5 years
Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from contacting you regarding an active real estate transaction or in response to a direct inquiry you initiate.
National Do Not Call Registry
You may also register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and scrub our contact lists against it regularly.
